The outputs generated by our proprietary AI models—including synthesized case summaries, statutory interpretations, and citation extractions—are for informational and preliminary research purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal advice, counsel, or a fiduciary attorney-client relationship.

While we strive for high accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce hallucinated, outdated, or incomplete information. You bear the sole responsibility for independently verifying all legal precedents, statutes, and citations by reading the original full-text documents before relying on them in any legal brief, court of law, or professional advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the NyayaCraft platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify NyayaCraft immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You explicitly agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate malicious, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security of our proprietary AI architecture and retrieval pipelines.
  • Employ automated scripts, web scrapers, bots, or programmatic API requests without an explicit Enterprise API License.
  • Resell, white-label, or redistribute the AI-generated outputs as a standalone commercial product.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The NyayaCraft platform, including its original code, proprietary AI models, interface design, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of NyayaCraft However, the raw case law texts and judgments indexed by our platform remain in the public domain as per Indian copyright laws. You retain all rights to the specific query inputs you provide to the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. NYAYACRAFT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ENTIRELY ACCURATE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NYAYACRAFT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NyayaCraft and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Patna, Bihar, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or an explicit notification within the platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
